What is electronic waste?
This waste includes all electronic and electrical equipment that we no longer use, that is defective, broken, or no longer compatible with modern technologies, or that has been destroyed. It contains quantities of toxic materials and includes a wide range of (lead, cadmium, mercury, chromium)… etc. Its types: Television and computer screens, computers and their accessories from equipment such as: Camera, keyboard, scanner, printer, audio equipment and stereo sound system, MP3 player, video device, CD player, USB key, cameras of all kinds, wired and wireless communication devices, fax, video games and electronic entertainment devices, batteries, transformers, battery chargers and home appliances such as microwaves, refrigerators, irons and other lighting equipment
